| In this paper,using investigation and literature research,obtaining the following conclusions:First,the Three Gorges Reservoir is currently 40.5% of the people involved in community sports.They include participation square dance,sports,running and fitness walking,and so on.49.6 per cent of the time is between each exercise 30-60 minutes,59.3% of the people are mainly moderate intensity physical activity,34.6% of respondents participated in the social purpose of sport it is to exercise,and which has 41.1 % of people believe that the existing public sports facilities can not meet their own needs.Second,the current one-third of the Three Gorges reservoir area has slightly more mass that their movement is very good.Nearly half of the people think that their athletic performance in general,but also the sixth of the people think that their movement is not good,but a large proportion of the lack of time,lack of space as a barrier for their own participation in social sports an important factor.Third,the current government formed a set of Three Gorges reservoir area in Chongqing Sports Bureau under the leadership groups at social sports management organization from top to bottom,from the construction organization and management system,the system sports development system,to carry out the construction site,the activity instructor team-building and management statistics and other aspects of the mass Sports.66.4% of the people on the work of the government is very satisfied basic satisfaction even to the other 38.7% of the people are not satisfied.Fourth,the current social sports development and management of the Three Gorges Reservoir process,there are still a series of problems to be solved,including the size of the population regularly participates in community sport to be further improved,the lack of space is a problem of all ages are generally reflected in the masses limited participation in sports organizations and collective physical activity scale,small scale service and service effectiveness in social sports instructor poor presence of gaps in social pluralism sports urban and rural development,and so on.For the Three Gorges Reservoir mass sports development and management process of the existing problems,the article suggested that government departments should make full use of large-scale,diversity,people living close to the mass sports organization,to expand within the members and the organization of the masses Area sports publicity and guidance activities and make full use of television,newspapers,like the mass media to promote the value of sports,sports science knowledge.The Government is responsible for the educational activities of thedistrict(county)sports departments,launched in different regions of the masses Facility and demand within the jurisdiction of the investigation.According to the survey,self-planning,acquisition,construction,and maintenance-related venues and facilities.Three Gorges Reservoir district(county)Branch Sports Bureau groups,grassroots sports governing bodies,grassroots sports organizations should undertake more regional social sports activities,to expand its sphere of influence.Fourth,we should develop a social sports instructor training program system,combined with multi-body jointly expand social sports instructor training activities to encourage social sports instructor obtain a high level of technical grade title,to strengthen the social sports instructors work in planning,monitoring,evaluation and incentive activities and provide the necessary funding for social sports instructor support,recognition awards,buy the necessary life insurance and so on.Government should the majority of sports development in rural society to conduct a full and thorough thoroughly,and construct a system of grassroots sports governing bodies,grassroots sports organizations,to carry out extensive mass sports activities,increase social public services for sports strength,etc.,so as to gradually narrow the gap between rural and urban business community sports. |
