Research On The Development Of Grassroots Sports Social Organizations Based On Embedded Theory

With the vigorous development of mass sports in our country,the national fitness program strategy,health China strategy and urban and rural integration strategy successively promulgated and implemented,such as sports social organizations become China's mass sports development and reform of enterprise and even the hot topic in the Chinese society.In the rapid process of urbanization,the social formation of our country has also gradually shifted from "acquaintance society" in the rural environment to "living society" in the urban environment.As a bridge and link between the social organizations in close contact with the masses,To meet the people's beautiful sports needs,promote communication,prosperity of sports culture,and promote the healthy functioning of society will play an increasingly important role.At the national teleconference of mass sports work in early 2017,Gou Zhongwen,director general of the State Sports General Administration,pointed out that it is necessary to establish and improve the sports and fitness organizations around the masses.Therefore,sports social organizations especially active in mass sports social organizations at the grass-roots level around,with its,non-profit characteristics,the mass,and happy in the future mass sports,and even the layer of social governance are playing an increasingly important role.However,the grass-roots sports organizations in our country face many problems of their own development and construction,such as poor system and mechanism,insufficient working capital,lack of facilities,inadequate internal management and insufficient reserve capacity.On the other hand,accompanied by the change of the almighty government to the role of limited government,the government's supervision over the grass-roots sports social organizations has also changed in a subtle manner,gradually shifting some of its functions to the grass-roots departments.Based on this,drawing on the theory of embeddedness,this paper studies the development and reform of grass-roots sports social organizations in China under the framework of the state-society duality analysis.From the macroscopic level,with the founding of New China as a starting point and with the turning point of reform and opening up,we can sort out and summarize the stages and modes of embedding of the government and grass-roots sports organizations in our country,to provide a reasonable theoretical explanation,and the prospect and foresee the future model of advanced stage fusion embedded mode.On the micro level,we choose three square dance organizations with different development levels as a typical case of grass roots sports social organizations,and analyze them from the structural,institutional,cultural and relational dimensions.Through theoretical models and case studies,this paper summarizes the general rules and relevant experiences of the embedded development of government and grassroots sports organizations in China and puts forward strategies and suggestions for the embedded development of grassroots sports organizations in view of the current dilemma.On the one hand,the government should refine the list of powers,clarify the role;continue to promote part of the official background of the association of "decoupling" and "administrative";through the implementation process of project management package purchase service;establish reasonable incentive mechanism,the formation of a fair and transparent competition purchase system.On the other hand,grass-roots sports social organizations should be aware of the value of its position,continue to expand its scale,to build a network of grassroots social organization,standardize the organization form and management system,improve related facilities,attract social capital injection,but also enhance the ability of operation and market events,the formation of elite reserve reserve echelon,and gradually promote the development of social norms,and entities of grass-roots sports social organization.
