There also is a kind of mental arithmetic,does not need any calculation tool,a calculation form mainly rely on memory,thinking and language functioning of the brain directly say or write results,it has the characteristics of fast,flexible.Mental arithmetic teaching is a basic task of mathematics teaching in primary school.It is the basis of written calculation,estimation,simple calculation,and is also an important part of computing ability.At present,the domestic research about the mental arithmetic teaching mainly concentrated in the field of psychology and pedagogy.In the field of psychology,some researchers study deeply through experimental methods of thinking process of mental arithmetic,provides valuable thinking and Enlightenment for the development of mental arithmetic teaching;in the field of education,more research is the practice of some of the ways and techniques of refining and summarized,some researchers to investigate the status quo of mental arithmetic teaching in primary and secondary schools through in-depth observation,interview and questionnaire,analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of Primary School of mental arithmetic.Compared with foreign countries,China's primary school stage for a long time there is more emphasis on teaching,to spend more time and energy in training students mental skills.Mental arithmetic teaching contents in the textbook system in a larger proportion of schools and teachers training on students mental skills more attention,calculating speed and accuracy is an important content of school mental arithmetic test.In recent years,many schools focus on home school cooperation in mental arithmetic teaching,let the parents participate in the supervision of stud ents mental training,and achieved certain results.Mental arithmetic teaching is an important content of lower grade of primary school mathematics teaching.At present,the low grade primary school mental arithmetic teaching mainly has the following problems: the single teaching method,the teaching efficiency is not high;teaching ideas are partial,textbook interpretation is not deep enough;improper mental exercise;students training burden heavier,practice interest is not high;the evaluation method is single,teaching feedback.Aiming at the problems of low grade primary school of mental problems in teaching,to conduct in-depth research and analysis,and explore the direction of improvement strategy.First of all,to the life oriented teaching content,to fully tap the living material,examples and exercises in mathematical aspects of life,to stimulate students' interest in mental arithmetic;secondly,to optimize the mental arithmetic teaching method,multi game teaching,group teaching,arouse the students' subjectivity,increase teaching interaction.Again,with the help of multimedia and information technology to improve the efficiency and quality of mental arithmetic teaching.Finally,to improve the single evaluation method,to encourage student s to participate in the evaluation,good teaching feedback.
