| Mathematical origami activity is a kind of origami activities combined with math.Carring out mathematical origami activities in mathematics teaching high school can promote the coordination of students’ hands and brain.It can also cultivate students’ creative thinking quality,i.e.fluency,flexibility and uniqueness.First of all,in the aspect of theory research,this paper introduces the background,significance and value of this research,and gives the definition of "origami","mathematical origami activities" and "creative thinking".It describes the present research of mathematical origami activities and creative thinking.At the same time,this paper discusses the feasibility of cultivating students’ creative thinking by carring out origami activities.We find that there is a close relationship between the logical thinking ability,spatial imagination ability and students’ creative thinking.Based on Dewey’s "learning by doing",constructivism and education theories,this paper lays a solid theoretical foundation for further study.Secondly,in the investigation,I investigate 6 classes in grade one of Affiliated Middle School of Shandong Normal University,mainly in students’ understanding of mathematical origami activities.According to the collected data,there is great room for promotion of the logical thinking ability and the spatial imagination ability of students;Most students’ understanding of mathematical origami activities are still relatively one-sided.But all the students hold a more positive attitude to carry out mathematical origami activities.This article also carried on the creative thinking test as the pretest to the students of Class 1 and Class 2.In the experimental stage,this paper puts forward some concrete measures for cultivating students’ creative thinking quality by means of mathematical origami activities,including penetration in class and composition of interest groups and micro videos.It gives the specific implementation measures: two classes were divided into experimental class and control class.The experimental class carried out mathematical origami activities in mathematics teaching,and formed interest groups of origami activities after class.The control class was taught with the traditional teaching model.After the experimental teaching for more than two months,I measured the implementation effect.For the results of the two tests,this paper used Excel for data statistics and used SPSS for K-S test and independent sample T test.Through the analysis of the pretest and the aftertest,it showed that the fluency of the students need to be further improved,and both the flexibility of the students’ thinking and the uniqueness has been significantly improved.This paper also combines with a large number of origami materials and teaching practice in Senior High School.On the basis of reference,it carried on the transformation and innovation.It shows teaching cases of the mathematical origami activities,including the teaching case on "index function",“the structure characteristics of prism,pyramid and trustum of a pyramid” and “the uebung of mathematical origami activity”.It also shows Origami micro video record.Finally,this paper summarizes conclusions and shortcomings of the research,and puts forward the prospect for further research: to enhance the integration of mathematical origami and mathematics teaching activities;develop more practical teaching resources;open up new ways of cultivating students’ creative thinking quality by origami activities and so on. |
