During the period of school sports activities is to ensure that students duri ng the school 1 hours a day,organized by the school to organize the impleme ntation of the school sports activities of the organization. At present, the sports activities have become an important part of the middle and small sports in ou r country,and the vast majority of schools all over the country have carried o ut a great sports activities. In recent years,some regions of China big break s ports activities to enrich the content and form of school sports activities, but i gnore the essence of big break sports activities,excessive pursuit of luxury,for m, performance, the big break sports activities have become flashy without sub stance, to understand the deviation, in the implementation process there are als o many problems, such as exercise time can not be guaranteed, activity density can not be guaranteed, exercise time has shrunk, leading to inadequate activit y in the form of a single, simple activities and so on, these problems must be paid attention to and solved.The characteristics of this paper adopts literature data method, questionnair e survey method, case analysis method in primary and secondary schools in Ji angsu province gsue and evaluation index system as the research object, in pri mary and secondary schools in Jiangsu province 134 outstanding cases gsue sel ected for the survey, many angles respectively from the form, content and acti vities exercise time and load, organization management, school site resources di vision, seasonal environmental conditions are analyzed according to the gsue ch aracteristic, aims at the characteristics of outstanding big break case of middle and primary schools in Jiangsu Province, analyzed, sorted out the effectiveness evaluation index system of the gsue, summarize the experience and method a nd provide a reference for the development of the gsue effective and healthy.The conclusions are as follows:1. this paper through the Jiangsu Province primary and secondary school s ports activities of the 134 outstanding cases were studied. Classified the follow ing characteristics: the gsue organization to break the traditional class-break sett ing-up exercise mode, enrich the activities of large recess; some schools can m ake full use of the effective time, arrange suitable load, meet the students' phy sical and mental development needs; in the organization and management, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the school leadership and the majority of teac hers, improve the leadership and management mechanism; in terms of the use of space resources, can be used with many points. Fully reflects the "small ve nues, great use" of the value of resources.2. Based on the research of the literature and the repeated certification of the experts,this paper determines the evaluation index of the sports activities.This paper puts forward the evaluation index system, which provides the basis for improving the effectiveness of the big recess.Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward an evaluation index system by the gsue organization, activity content, exercise time and load, organ ization management, school environment, site classification, seasonal safety and feedback, and to use the experience of other regions.
