E-learning has broken the shackles of time and space,which gives full play to the features of conveniency and high efficiency,and distributes excellent educational resources to various regions.It has solved the problem of unequal distribution of educational resources in China to some extent.With the development of Internet technology,online education has more various forms,broader contents,and more impact on students.At present,in the huge numbers of online education,there are both traditional educational institutions and internet commercial giants.After 2014,because of the potential educational benefits and cost advantages,high school online education in the middle school is valued by more and more educational institutions,education software developers,and business organizations,making it develop faster.In the highly competitive and rapid development,it can be seen that the quality of online education services needs to be regulated.Therefore,this paper studies the comprehensive online education service quality certification indicators at the middle school stage,which makes the development of online education more scientific and standardized.This topic has theoretical and practical significance.First,the paper introduces the development of online education and the classification of several types of online education,as well as the status of online education service quality at the middle school stage.There are several ways to develop indicators for online education service quality at the middle school stage.The author has chosen a method that combines with management – a service blueprint to formulate indicators.The starting point of this method is the service process,which considers service quality from the customer(learners).Here,the basic concepts and usage methods of the service blueprint are introduced.The advantages of online education have also been presented in this section.In the previous research and indicators,the author obtained 10 customer behaviors based on the guidance of the service blueprint.They are information consultation,registration,selecting courses and teacher,trial learning,payment/refund,study,exchange,practice,examination,getting a learning certificate.Secondly,based on questionnaire surveys,a quantitative study was conducted on the contact points of the comprehensive online education service quality service blueprint at the middle school stage.Ten contact points were verified in the sample,and the reliability and validity of the data obtained were analyzed.At the same time,a number of conclusions are drawn from the analysis of the questionnaires,which can serve as a reference for the constraints on the quality of comprehensive online education services at the middle school stage.An expert interview was conducted after the contact point was verified by the questionnaire,and the acquired service blueprint was improved.During this process,the secondary index item has been determined,and specific standards have also been discussed.In the end,the study has found out the evaluation indicator of comprehensive online education services quality in the middle school stage.The research results of this paper are based on science.This study integrates the management theory into pedagogy,which makes the intersection of educational technology and science become more prominent.This integration also makes the indicator more close to the learner.This study helps to establish and improve the evaluation standard of comprehensive online education services quality in China's middle school.And the evaluation standard guarantees the quality of online education,creates a good online education environment,improves the service level of the industry,and provides a scientific basis for the development of online education.
