Select the student who is suitable for education,or make education suitable for students? This is a question about the fundamental direction of education.In promoting quality education,the education idea of "people-oriented" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people of today,how do we pursue education fair in education practice,with students as the center,promote the all-round development of students,the difference teaching is a worthwhile means.The purpose of differential teaching is to develop the potential of each student and pursue the maximum development of each student.The education fairness that we are pursuing is also deeply rooted in the need for students to learn and develop.History in history teaching in the face of students in cognitive level,learning needs and learning style differences,how to implement effective history teaching,as far as possible let every student get all-round development of individuation,the difference of the history teaching is required.The differential teaching of history requires teachers to be oriented towards the whole,to take care of the differences,to provide the development mode suitable for their respective characteristics,so that each person's historical learning ability will be fully developed.The historical education goals and the development of students' individual maximum target organic unifies in together,in the history classroom teaching effectively in practical difference teaching theory,history of core literacy of students,promote personality development of students,is the author devotes to the research content.Through the author's research on the differential teaching of high school history,we will find that difference teaching is not only an ideal teaching idea,but also feasible and effective in practice.There are five main aspects of this article.The first chapter explains why it is important to implement differential teaching in the history classroom,mainly from the characteristics of The Times and the requirements of modern education.This paper introduces the research and practice of differential teaching at home and abroad The second chapter is the basic theory of difference teaching,which defines the core connotation of differential teaching.It is pointed out that the theoretical basis of differential teaching is multi-intelligence theory and constructivism.The third chapter is the implementation of the difference teaching in the history classroom.This paper discusses the teaching preparation,concrete implementation and evaluation.The first part is the preparation of historical differentiation.Among them,the types of individual differences that affect history teaching are combed.The diagnosis of students is the premise of differential teaching.In the teaching design,how to make the difference teaching goal design and the choice of teaching content.The second part is the implementation of the differential teaching in the classroom.Creating a relaxed and safe classroom atmosphere,forming a positive,inclusive learning community and individual good emotional state are conducive to differentiated classroom teaching.The common difference teaching organization form and the display of the differentiation teaching strategy suitable for history teaching.The third part is the evaluation of historical differential teaching.The principle of difference teaching is the principle of development,respect and pluralism.The implementation strategy of students' evaluation for the teaching of history differentiationThe fourth chapter is the common problems and countermeasures in the teaching of historical differentiation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the viewpoints of the whole thesis: the teaching of historical differentiation is to promote the development of every student in the original foundation.Individual difference is not the obstacle of history teaching,individual difference is an important resource to realize effective teaching of history.The difference teaching of respecting individual differences is not the inefficient teaching of the existing level of the students,but the teaching of the recent development of the students to the existing development areas.Differences in teaching,to promote the development of personality development is not a single individual advantage intelligence one-sided teaching,by using the advantage of individual intelligence guidance,advantages disadvantages promote the all-round development of teaching.
