Kinematics Analysis Of Key Techniques For Throwing Outstanding Female Discus Athletes In China

According to the development trend of women's discus in China's track and field long throwing events in recent years,conforming to the layout and implementation of "1516 Plan" and "Tokyo Dengfeng Plan" of Chinese Athletics Association,corresponding to the technical characteristics of new generation of outstanding women's discus athletes in China(Chen Yang,Feng Bin,Su Xinyue),which using synchronous imaging method in the game,through the post-game image analysis and data processing,the technical parameters of the best trial throw of three excellent women's discus athletes is available.At the same time,evaluation and analysis methods of sports technique,such as kinematics,sports training and sports biomechanics,are used to scientifically and objectively evaluate and diagnose the key techniques of three throwers and to explore the technical differences,and strive to the combination of athletes' technical personality and technical principles so as to provide precious methods and theories for discus coaches,athletes,scientific research workers,and to promote the practical teaching level of China's competitive discus.The paper implements methods of literature,expert interview,camera,image analysis and mathematical statistics.The camera method uses two high-definition cameras to perform fixed-point simultaneous camera and adopts the American Peak stereoscopic calibration frame.The image analysis method uses sports biomechanical video analysis software 3-DSignal Tec to carry out image analysis.The human body model adopts Matsui Hideyoshi human body model of Japan.Research results:(1)In double leg support starting-turn stage,Su Xinyue puts forward the position in the left of center line,and has unique technique style of double leg support starting-turn.Chen Yang has problems of high center gravity and inconspicuous left knee turn.Feng Bin and Su Xinyue feature large swing in double leg support stage.The three throwers spend long time on pre-swing stage.(2)In single leg support rotation stage,Chen Yang's single support rotation speed is slightly slow,and the wide distance between the two feet affects the single rotation speed.Su Xinyue's single support rotation acceleration trend is obvious.Chen Yang and Su Xinyue's right arm is not left behind rightly in their single support rotation stage,which is not conducive to singlesupport rotation acceleration and the power position behind.(3)In flight stage,Chen Yang flights high with long time and large alteration of gravity center,and the rotation rhythm is a bit messy.Feng Bin's left side of the body opens too early due to the affect of single support rotation,which affects the body forward.Su Xinyue's flight time and the speed to land on the ground by right foot is faster than the other two,belonging to acceleration after the speed.(4)In convergence stage,Chen Yang and Su Xinyue's non-throwing arm is not stretching enough,not fully formed with the force form of the left leading the right.Feng Bin and Su Xinyue's shoulder hip angle is too small,body twist is not enough.The landing angle of Su Xinyue's left leg,non-supporting Leg,is slightly more unfavorable to the final force and the left side support.(5)In finial stage,Su Xinyue's body tilt angle is a bit large in the final stage of the initial acceleration,and her upper body lift too early.Chen Yang and Su Xinyue's body height is slightly lower,left knee bending angle is too large,which affects the final force of the left side support.Chen Yang's throwing height is low,the problem of left side support is obvious.Feng Bin throws with a jumper,with throwing height of 1.96 m,but fails to fully play the fast force of rotation,and she throws too early,as a result,the discus flights away by the right side.Su Xinyue's throwing angle is low,which is the main factor affects the performs.The three throwers' initial throwing speed is largely behind with the world's outstanding athletes.
