Research purposes: To quantify and analyze the technical movements of the top three excellent men discus athletes in the national track and field championship held in September 2020.The relevant kinematics parameters needed for the research were obtained,and the technical action parameters of some foreign excellent men discus athletes were compared and analyzed and diagnosed.The purpose of this paper is to understand the technical characteristics and main reasons of the existing problems in the technical movements of outstanding male discus athletes in China,and the gaps and shortcomings in their technical movements compared with foreign excellent men discus athletes,it provides theoretical reference and reference for Chinese coaches to formulate more targeted scientific training and scientific research workers to provide kinematics index data,and also hopes to improve and improve the technical movements of excellent discus athletes in China.The improvement of competition results provides help.Research methods: This paper mainly through the use of literature,experimental methods(mainly high-speed camera and three-dimensional kinematics analysis method),mathematical statistics method and so on three outstanding men’s discus athletes in China a total of nine cast discus technical action analysis and research.At the same time,the technical parameters of discus athletes from abroad were compared and studied.Research results: 1.The first double support stage of Chinese and foreign excellent men’s discus athletes is 0.66±0.13 s,0.58±0.11 s respectively;The average use time of the first single support stage is 0.40±0.49 s,0.38±0.48 s respectively;The average time of empty stage is 0.13±0.29 s,0.09±0.30 s respectively;The average use time of the second single support stage is 0.17±0.28 s,0.19±0.37 s respectively;The second double support stage averaged 0.19±0.18 s,0.18±0.30 s,respectively.2.Device track length of Chinese and foreign excellent male discus athletes,the first single support stage is 2.53±0.18 m,2.85±0.23 m,the average phase is 1.01±0.14 m,0.47±0.29 m,the second single support stage averaged 1.30±0.21 m,1.59±1.77 m,respectively,the second double stage of support phase averaged 2.72 ±0.14 m,2.48±0.42 m respectively.3.Excellent Chinese and foreign men’s discus athletes equipment speed,T1 moment on average of 4.32±1.02m/s,5.26±1.42m/s respectively,T2 times averaged7.72±1.01m/s,9±1.38m/s,respectively,T3 times averaged 7.61±0.83m/s,8.68±1.43m/s,respectively,T4 times average 8.14 ± 1.16m/s,9.07 ± 1.73m/s,T5 times averaged 22.27±0.58m/s,24.39±1.17m/s,respectively.4.The Chinese and foreign outstanding men’s discus athletes have an average T1 moment shoulder and hip angle of 25°±5°and 35°±7°respectively during the throwing process,the pull lead angle averaged 131 ° ± 6 ° and 143 ° ± 15 °,respectively,torso angle shall mean 70°±1° and 85°±3°,respectively;The shoulder and hip angle of T2 moment averaged 22 ° ± 9 ° and 44 ° ± 17 °,respectively,the pull lead angle averaged 130 ° ± 8 ° and 135 ° ± 13 °,respectively,torso angle will mean 72 ° ± 7 ° and 83 ° ± 5 °,respectively;The shoulder and hip angle of T3 moment averaged 42 ° ± 8 ° and 44 ° ± 19 °,respectively,the pull angle averaged 130 ° ± 12 ° and 135 ° ± 12 °respectively,torso angle averaged 65 ° ± 4 ° and 68 ° ± 6 °,respectively;The shoulder and hip angle of T4 moment averaged 39 ° ± 8 ° and 74 ° ± 18 °,respectively,the pull angle averaged 139°±4°and 136°±10°respectively,torso angle averaged 63°±4°and 65°±6°,respectively;T5 moment shoulder and hip angle averaged-15 ° ±8°and-10 °±18°,respectively,the pull angle averaged165°± 5°and 178°± 13°,respectively,the torso angle averaged 98°±3°and 97°±4°,respectively.5.Excellent men’s discus athletes,the average shooting speed is 22.27 ±0.58m/s,24.75m/s,respectively,hand angle averaged 42.02° ± 4.49°,35.29° ±2.48 °,respectively,the average shot height is 1.72 ± 0.16 m,1.66 ± 0.18 m,respectively.Research Conclusions:1.Chinese excellent male discus athletes take a long time,and the second double support stage is longer than the second single support stage;while the second single support stage of the foreign excellent male discus athletes is longer than the second double support stage.2.The device track length of Chinese excellent male discus athletes from the first single support stage to the second double support stage is longer than the foreign excellent male discus athletes;meanwhile,the device track of the first and second single support stage is relatively short,and the empty stage and the second double support stage are relatively long.3.Chinese excellent men’s discus athletes have inferior equipment speed than foreign excellent male discus athletes.In the second single support stage,the device speed loss is small and the second double support stage is weak;while foreign outstanding male discus athletes decrease more equipment speed in the empty stage,the device speed increment in the second single support stage is less,and the second double support stage is strong for the device.4.China ’s excellent men’ s discus athletes overall shoulder and hip corner,pull corner and trunk corner are less than foreign outstanding men’s discus athletes.Among them,the device shot moment,China’s excellent male discus athletes trunk Angle is greater than the average foreign excellent male discus athletes.5.China ’s excellent men’ s discus athletes equipment hand moment,slow hand speed,large hand Angle,high hand height;while foreign excellent men’s discus athletes hand speed is faster,the height of hand is low.
