Sports has always been full of human creative activities,there has been a relative between creative industry and sports activities,the relationship between them makes creative activities from the beginning has become a major development object in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation.Especially in sports entertainment,sports performances,sports and other aspects of the development of cluster innovation,sports theory as a guide,the use of literature,field survey and expert investigation method,combined with the background of Chengdu’s sports industry,development path and Countermeasures of Chengdu sports industry incubator entrepreneurial innovation in research.Through in-depth study and understanding of time,follow the law of development of the sports industry incubator entrepreneurial innovation,training and system construction to increase the relevant industry personnel,and promote the smooth development of the sports industry in Chengdu’s shipbuilding innovation incubator.In this paper,the sports industry park,creative industry,sports innovation cluster theory,conducts the research to the Chengdu sports industry incubator entrepreneurial innovation,through this research,to the development of sports industry in Chengdu entrepreneurial innovation park planning,implementation,policy support and other aspects,to provide reference for the construction of the same type of incubator.Through this study,have important practical significance for the development of sports industry in Chengdu,but also for the implementation of the
