Research On The Cluster Development Of Leisure Sports Industry In Jiangsu Province Based On The Theory Of Competitive Advantage

With the development of social economy and science and technology,people are living with each passing day,and modern people are no longer simply pursuing material life.Instead,more attention has been paid to the quality of human life and overall development.The advent of the "leisure age" has injected more vitality into the development of the sports industry.The leisure sports industry undoubtedly contains huge business opportunities.Relying on the advantages of the national sports industry base in southern Jiangsu Province,the leisure sports industry has been well developed,and the trend of industrial cluster is obvious.The leisure sports industry represented by the sports service industry started late,the industrial structure is unreasonable,the lack of professional talents and so on,so it is difficult to form scale and brand advantages.In order to study the current situation and influencing factors of leisure sports industry cluster in Jiangsu Province,and provide the theoretical basis for the future development of leisure sports industry cluster,this research mainly consists of the following steps:First,under the guidance of the theory of competitive advantage,combined with the literature review of related concepts and development status at home and abroad,the concept of leisure sports industry and leisure sports industry cluster is defined emphatically.Second,using the methods of literature,quantitative and qualitative analysis,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and so on,taking the development of the national sports industry base in southern Jiangsu as an example,the characteristics of the development of leisure sports industry cluster are analyzed.This paper selects the relevant indexes to calculate the industrial concentration degree in Jiangsu Province by using the location quotient method,and makes a preliminary analysis on the present situation of leisure sports industry cluster.Third,according to Porter's "Diamond Model" theory,the present situation and influencing factors of leisure sports industry cluster development are analyzed,and the evaluation index system of "diamond model" competitiveness of Jiangsu leisure sports industry cluster is constructed according to its influence factors.Forth,the principal component analysis(PCA)in the factor analysis method was used to analyze the quantitative indexes,and three analytical tables of the total variance of common factors with 90%contribution rate were obtained,and the common factor F1F2F3 was obtained by the rotation of the component matrix by the maximum variance method.And named as industrial competitiveness factor,demand competitiveness factor,environmental competitiveness factor,and related impact indicators are classified.Finally,the scores and comprehensive scores of each common factor of 13 prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu Province are calculated by formula.And the factor scores of the north,middle and south of Jiangsu,and the qualitative analysis of each factor score.Fifth,conclusions and suggestions:the development of leisure sports industry cluster in Jiangsu Province faces small scale of industrial cluster,great difference between north and south,short industrial chain,weak related supporting industries,lack of diversity of investment,lack of leading enterprises,lack of innovation power.Lack of professional sports management personnel and other issues.To further the development of leisure sports industry towards the direction of cluster proposed the following countermeasures:first,extend the structure of the industrial chain,increase the support of relevant supporting industries;second,innovative management model,Increase market investment,cultivate backbone enterprises;third,develop local characteristics of leisure sports industry,enhance the level of intensive development;fourth,promote the combination of government,industry,education and research,enhance the brand value of leisure sports industry.
