SWOT Analysis Of Heze Wushu Industry Cluster Development Under The Background Of Sports Industry Upgrading

With the rapid development of domestic industries,industrial cluster has become a superior idea of industrial development.The cluster of Wushu Industry will become the main direction of Wushu Industry in the new era,which can promote the scale development of Wushu Industry,enhance the competitiveness of Wushu industry,and create social economic and cultural value.By using the methods of Literature Review,questionnaire,expert interview,analysis,comparison and logical analysis,this paper makes a SOWT analysis on the development of Wushu industrial cluster in Heze.Taking various positive measures,this paper probes into the different combinations of the development of Heze Wushu Industrial Cluster,and on how to make rational use of the internal and external advantages of Heze Wushu industrial cluster,in order to promote the long-term sustainable development of Heze Wushu Industrial Cluster.Through the research investigation discovered that has the following questions: 1.The Martial Arts Industry Fund invests insufficient;2.The social sports atmosphere,the citizen sports consciousness is not strong,the sports expense level is low;3.Sports advertising industry,Insurance Industry and other sports services obviously backward;4.Martial arts industry market institutionalization level is not high;5.Martial Arts participation personnel gradually reduced,the lack of high-level management personnel.The author puts forward the following countermeasures by means of questionnaire,expert interview and consulting materials: 1.To establish the overall planning and management system of Heze Wushu Industrial Cluster;2.The establishment of Wushu Industrial Park;3.Vigorously develop martial arts derivative industry;4.Encourage and guide all social forces to develop Wushu Industry;5.Innovating teaching methods,training high-level management talents and Building Wushu talent pool.
