The research on human being is a enduring topic with long history in the history of human being”,[1]the human being is not just the“ high development of Organic protein ”from the perspective of biology but the existence of idea and significance from the perspective of ideology,therefore,we need to investigate the social existence of human being from their culture attribute.The culture of kindergarten teachers is a kind of shared values,ways of thinking and behavior,which kindergarten teachers form and develop based on their particular professional lifestyle.It has a significant influence on the reform of preschool education,the management on kindergarten teachers,professional development of kindergarten teachers and establishment of learning-type team,owing to the value from the kindergarten teachers' culture,more and more researchers focus on it to conduct research.However,the previous researches were mostly conducted by referring to the teachers' culture of other school-age stages,played emphasis on the kindergarten culture or professional development of kindergarten teachers,which lacked of certain systematic demonstration and empirical investigation.This research,based on referring to the related researches on domestic and overseas teachers' culture and kindergarten teachers' culture,applying the theoretical knowledge of ecology,starting from the specific working environment,nature and features of the kindergarten teachers and from the perspective of the daily education and teaching work as well as the professional studying,make systematic explanation on the kindergarten teachers' culture,analyze the existing problems of kindergarten teacher culture and its causes,and puts forward the effective reconstruction strategy by the methods such as literature research,observation,interview and case analysis.The main contents and basic concept of the research are as follows:Part ?,introduction to the kindergarten teachers' culture based on ecology.The research shows that the culture of kindergarten teachers from the perspective of ecology is a kind of new teacher culture with the whole,the difference,the dynamic,the dialogue and the sustainable development,which kindergarten teachers form and develop based on their particular professional lifestyle under the guidance of ecological theory.The culture is featured with integrity,difference,dynamics,dialogue and sustainability,which is helpful to take care of the differential development of preschool teachers,guide the sustainable development of the teachers and promote the construction of kindergarten teachers' learning community.Part ?,realistic survey of kindergarten teachers' culture from the perspective of ecology.The paper conducts rational survey on the current kindergarten teachers' culture from the perspective of ecology by aid of the methods such as literature research,observation,interview and case analysis.The current problems of kindergarten teacher culture are as follows:career orientation:pay attention to the value of professional tools,despise the value of life;professional development:concept and behavior out of touch,serious job burnout;educational philosophy:tend to static closed,lack of dynamic open;career planning:the pursuit of pragmatism,ignore long-term planning;teacher interaction:tend to one-way leading role,ignoring two-way communication;teacher relations:pursue individualism,ignoring interactive cooperation.In view of the above existing problems,the author analyzes three factors including the shackles of traditional culture,kindergarten education environment and teachers' own accomplishment.Part ?,restructuring strategy of kindergarten teachers' culture based on ecology.For the second part of the problems and attribution analysis,combined with the related ideas,the actual features and situations of the kindergarten and kindergarten teachers,the author provides feasible and effective measures for the restructuring of kindergarten teachers' culture from three aspects such as innovating values,reforming the behaviors of the teachers and enhancing supportive conditions.First of all,updating the values includes strengthening teacher education,cultivating ecological quality;focus on the value of life,enhance professional identity;establish a lifelong learning concept,keep the concept of advancing with the times.Second,change the behavior of teachers,including co-ordination of professional ideas and behavior,consolidate professional development;positioning their own niche,to achievepersonalized development;respect for the status of young children,the formation of benign interaction between young and young;Finally,to enhance the supporting conditions,including improving the ecological education of the principal,leading teachers to sustainable development;to optimize the management mechanism of the kindergardent to create a culture of teacher cooperation;improve the relevant education policies to stimulate the development of teachers.
