In recent years,preschool education in China has achieved leap-forward development.While confirming the improvement of the quantity of preschool education resources,ensuring quality has become the direction of current and future efforts,and preschool teachers are the most important supporting factors from "early education" to "early childhood education".At present,the construction of preschool teachers is facing the challenges of quality crisis,spiritual crisis and embarrassing situation.The attention and research on the ecological environment of its professional growth can not only promote the community to give more humanistic care to the professional growth of preschool teachers.It is also the key to ensure the quality of preschool teachers' professional growth,the quality of preschool education and the all-round and healthy development of young children.Borrow to help students In the theory of dynamics,the researchers will grasp the whole ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth from the macro,meso and micro angles,so as to promote the theory and practice of preschool teachers' professional growth.The research uses the literature method,the question sheet method and the interview method synthetically.First of all,this paper collects the literature on ecology and teachers' professional growth,and makes a literature review from three aspects: the ecological turn of teacher education research,the ecological environment of teacher professional growth and the professional growth of preschool teachers.Based on ecosystem theory,teacher career theory and humanistic education thought,the core concepts of the study are defined.This paper tries to analyze the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth from two aspects of theory and practice.Secondly,based on the theoretical framework of the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth,a total of 526 preschool teachers from F province were collected by random sampling,and the data were tested and analyzed by SPSS23.0.Descriptive statistics and difference analysis were used to investigate the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth.At the same time,combined with the interview method,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth,and analyzes and probes into the existing problems of the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth with the help of ecological principles.Finally,it is put forward that the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth should be optimized.Principles and strategies.The results show that the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth in F province is significantly higher than that in the middle and upper levels,and the school software ecology is significantly higher than that in the upper and middle levels.In the demographic variables of the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth,the family situation,professional title and compilation have a significant impact on the whole ecology of preschool teachers' professional growth.Among the variables of the garden,the garden area has a significant impact on the ecology of preschool teachers' professional growth.Through further discussion of the present situation,the researcher discusses the ecological imbalance from the micro personal ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth,the meso school ecological environment and the macro social ecological environment,including:preschool teachers.The motivation of kindergarten teachers is different,the daily living condition of preschool teachers is tired,the work pressure of preschool teachers is great,the professional growth of kindergarten teachers is difficult,the level of material and environmental conditions of kindergarten is quite different,and the professional system of kindergarten teachers still needs to be improved.The organizational atmosphere of kindergarten still needs to be optimized,the material and institutional conditions of kindergarten teachers need to be improved,the social evaluation of kindergarten teachers is not optimistic,and in view of the present situation,with the help of "limiting factors","endurance law" and "group motivation" in ecology,The principles of "edge effect" and "whole effect" are analyzed.Finally,according to the results of the study,from four aspects: highlighting the humanism of preschool teachers' professional growth,giving full play to the initiative of preschool teachers' professional growth,stimulating the creativity of preschool teachers' professional growth and grasping the integrity of preschool teachers' professional growth,This paper expounds the principles that should be followed in optimizing the ecology of preschool teachers' professional growth.At the same time,this paper puts forward three strategies to optimize the ecological environment of preschool teachers' professional growth: first,strengthen the self-construction of preschool teachers' professional growth and improve the micro-personal ecological environment;Second,to form an effective mechanism for the professional growth of preschool teachers and optimize the ecological environment of meso schools;third,to ensure the hardware and software of preschool teachers' professional growth.Parts,improve the quality of macro social ecological environment.
