The Regional Activities has played an important role in the kindergarten since the curriculum reformed for preschool education.The educators set the high value on the regional activities not merely because it can remedy the defect of the team teaching,but also meet the needs of the individual development for children.It’s generally known that Minds affect the deeds.The affects depend on the understanding of Regional Activities’ concept and feature,which lead a direct impact on the development of children.Therefore,in this article,this study analyzed observations,questionnaires and interviews of kindergarten teachers attempt to show the status quo of their understanding towards regional activities,which includes the following three ones:the knowledge of the regional activities originates mainly from the theory rather than in practice;it existed some contradictions between the practice and the knowledge;the biggest difficult the teachers met refer to the observation,guidance and the material support for children.Based on the analyses,the researcher draws the strategies for teachers from two aspects.Subjectively,they should attach importance to the personal practice instead of following others blindly,that is to say,it calls for their wisdoms and acts to provide the appropriate materials for the kids,in order to guide young children to a higher level;in the meantime,objectively,it’s proposed that the administrator create an creative and freedom environment for both teachers and children.
