The teacher's immediate evaluation behavior in regional game activities directly affects the children's behavior performance,and then promotes the development of children in all aspects.It is particularly important to understand the specific situation of teachers' instant evaluation behavior in regional game activities.Therefore,in this study,observational and interview methods were used to study the teacher's instant evaluation behavior,and the observation objects of 12 teachers in a kindergarten's instant evaluation behavior were selected,and 12 teachers were interviewed.The performance of teachers' real-time evaluation in regional game activities is summarized by sorting out observation data.The observation data and interview content are sorted out and analyzed.Factors affecting teacher's instant evaluation are researched,and relevant suggestions are put forward.The observation records of teachers 'real-time evaluation behaviors in regional game activities were sorted out,and the results showed that the methods and properties of teachers' real-time evaluation behaviors in regional game activities were mainly negative speech evaluation;the rules were mainly followed by rules;teachers In the real-time evaluation of children in regional game activities,it is mainly based on negative emotional input;most of the children are actively accepting when they face the teacher's instant evaluation.In the process,the instant evaluation behavior of teachers of different ages was analyzed,and it was found that there were significant differences.Based on the review of observation data and interview content,it is found that the factors that affect teachers' immediate evaluation behavior in regional game activities are the kindergarten teachers' recognition of the concept of real-time teaching evaluation,the knowledge and ability of teachers' instant evaluation,and the professional development of teachers.Stage,teacher's error psychology when evaluating young children.According to the specific performance and influencing factors of teachers 'instant evaluation behaviors in the current regional game activities,four suggestions for optimizing the teachers' instant evaluation behaviors are put forward: pay attention to observation and give young children effective feedback in a timely manner,master and learn to use multiple evaluation methods,and pay attention to their emotions It fluctuates and stabilizes one's emotions and improves one's reflection and learning ability in the evaluation process.
