| Teaching interactive decision-making through the classroom teaching has always been, therefore, a teacher’s classroom teaching effect mainly depends on his teaching decision-making level. This study is through the investigation and analysis using the degree of novice teachers on effective teaching decision and application effect,understand their effective teaching decision-making level, and based on it to comparate and analysis the ditter influence factors of the novice and expert mathematics teachers, for the novice mathematics teachers how to improve the level of effective teaching decision brings revelation, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the novice mathematics teachers’ professional development and teacher training.This research mainly consists of three parts:1. Through the domestic and foreign related literature review, including the theory of interactive teaching decision-making teachers’ decision-making of carding,analysis, induction, and it is divided into foreign and domestic scholars on the teaching decision-making Investigation; analysis of theoretical basis of interactive teaching decision-making: epistemology, situational learning theory, practice theory,reflective philosophy, system theory and complexity science.2. Prepare the questionnaire, the questionnaire survey to the novice mathematics teachers from many schools, using SPSS software to the novice mathematics teachers in teaching the use of interactive decision making level and effect of descriptive analysis, nonparametric test.3. On the basis of teachers’ teaching decision-making research, determine the interview outline. For four novice mathematics teachers and two expert mathematics teachers interviewing and recording, converting audio to writing. Through qualitative analysis, to found the novice mathematics teachers’ teaching interactive decision-making status, to inductive and summarize the influencing factors of teachers of mathematics teaching interactive decision making.Through interview and questionnaire data analysis found that: (1) the novice mathematics teachers on the application level of effective teaching interactive decision-making is quite high, yet the application effect of most effective decision-making significantly lower than application degree (novice mathematics teachers on teachers’ skills, teaching strategies,application effect and application level of nonparametric test, Z < 0, p < 0.01).It suggests that the novice mathematics teachers’ decision-making level had not reached the same understanding height; (2)the novice mathematics teachers think that the main factors affecting their interactive decision making teaching is the reaction of the students, the practical wisdom, expert mathematics teachers think that teachers’ beliefs, knowledge,practical wisdom is the main factor affecting their interactive decision making teaching, This shows that currently the most helpful for novice mathematics teachers is to understand the students’ response, enough practical wisdom. On the basis of the main factors influencing the expert mathematics teachers make interactive decision-making analysis conclusion, the novice teachers can not ignore the deep factors that influence the interactive decision-making of teachers, teachers’ beliefs and teachers’ knowledge.According to the research conclusion, the author puts forward some superficial suggestions: normal colleges should adjust students’ internship time, let the students have enough time to understand the classroom, and integrate the results of their theories into Teaching; Behind the form of a variety of learning, novice mathematics teachers should focus on the use of practical wisdom in the teaching of outstanding teachers, to understand the students’ learning level and psychological state,at the same time apply the theory which learned in normal colleges to practical, and often reflect.In the teaching of education research; find that more educational theory and practice results. |
