The Professional Development Of Rural Primary School Teachers Faces Difficulties And Countermeasures

Rural primary and secondary school teachers is the backbone of the rural education.The ability of them determines the level of rural education.This article takes Qingdao Y rural primary school as a case,making an investigation and study of the primary school teachers in rural areas.Combined with the research on the professional development of teachers in rural primary school in China and abroad,this article mainly talks about the professional development of interpretation of the rural primary school teachers.The study shows the dilemma that of rural primary school teachers' professional development and the power on the infiltration in the "lazy culture",the professional preparation for submission to the "institutional arrangements",the professional skills obsessed with "technology oriented",the professional renewal of walking,the "low-lying wetlands",the professional spirit indulge in the " happiness index ".This article studies the difficulties caused by the reason lies in the daily life of inertia,self identity management system,lack of professional cooperation,vacuum,consciousness of reflection and evaluation system of injustice and closed cultural constraints.The professional development of teachers in rural primary school improvement put forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen professional development planning,enhance the professional enthusiasm,to break the discipline barriers,cultivate the spirit of dialogue and cooperation,strengthening the construction of teaching group,enhancing the sense of identity,generation of educational wisdom,experience occupation happiness and break the closed culture,developing professional field of vision.
