| Rural primary school teachers are an indispensable part of China’ s education system.However,their professional development faces many challenges,such as a lack of career advancement opportunities and educational resources.These issues not only affect the efficiency and quality of rural primary school teachers’work but also their professional growth.This article is based on the study of primary school teachers in Z County,Sichuan Province.It explores the current professional development challenges of rural primary school teachers in this county and focuses on how they can utilize school-based support strategies to achieve professional growth and development.Firstly,teachers can use school-based support platforms to promote autonomous learning and enhance their professional skills by accessing learning materials such as online resources,books,and research papers.They can also participate in various training and discussion activities organized by the school to enhance their professional knowledge and skills.In addition,teachers can establish teaching communities,share their teaching experience and methods with other teachers,and learn from each other to improve their professional skills.They can also seek help from experts in other fields to learn from their experiences and lessons and improve their professional capabilities.Secondly,teachers can use school-based support mechanisms to expand their teaching practice and improve their professional skills through peer support and collaborative communities.In teaching practice,teachers can explore different teaching methods and strategies to gradually improve their teaching effectiveness.Furthermore,they can identify problems in teaching and use reflection and improvement to continuously improve their teaching methods and skills.In conclusion,the research is based on the primary school teachers in z county,Sichuan Province,to explore the current professional development difficulties of rural primary school teachers in this county,from the rural primary school teachers with the help of school-based support strategies to achieve professional development and self-growth.The author believes that there are still some gaps in the awareness and attitude of rural primary school teachers;professional development,professional identity and school identity,and the optimization of professional knowledge structure.Therefore,this paper puts forward the view that teachers can improve their professional level through school-based support platform,and puts forward some measures to build a platform for teachers;professional development from the perspective of teachers;professional development,such as the establishment of teaching community to achieve mutual learning,broaden the field of teaching practice to enhance the teaching practice of teachers and so on.Based on the teacher;s perspective,set up the platform and mechanism,guide the teacher to carry out self-growth planning,to enhance their professional level and ability,to achieve personal growth and professional development. |
