Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the part central committee pay high attention to carry forward Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,as a major part of Chinese traditional culture,educational thoughts of Confucian School's value has attracted more and more educator's at home and abroad.The educational thoughts of Confucian School raised by Confucius,and experienced the inheritance,improvement and development of Confucian scholars from successive dynasties and gradually formed a set of completed and unique educational concepts and educational methods,and has been held principal part in educational field during long China's feudal society.Educational thoughts of Confucian School contains abundant humanity and humanistic care,and there are many advanced and scientific educational methods in it,such as make no social distinctions in teaching,enlighten and guide students in accordance of their aptitude step by step,which shows important guidance to modern education and teaching,especially the teaching of Chinese.During my internship in a primary school in Guyuan,I was impressed by the Chinese teachers' superficial understanding towards educational thoughts and method of Confucian School.In addition,they are not familiar with the application of these methods.Therefore,I read an collected educational thoughts of Confucian School with concentrated attention by the method of deep interview and questionnaire design.In addition,I classified educational thoughts of Confucian School according to five parts: teacher-related view,student-related view,concept of learning,conception of teaching and teacher-student relationship.Meanwhile,I analyzed the problems of Chinese-teaching through the field research on primary school and discovered these problems: teachers neglect students' nature,and they have concerns and doubts about the situation of students surpass their teachers.Besides,they only talk about “gain new insights through reviewing old material” but never put it into practice,and just value the form of enlighten and guide students in accordance of their aptitude.Finally,they can't reached to he harmonious state of benevolent love of the relationship between teacher and student.Aim at these problems,I will analyze the cause of them according to the educational thoughts of Confucian School which make great effect on modern teaching,aims to improve the application of educational thoughts of Confucian School in Chinese teaching in primary school,and further put forward the teacher-related view which aims to impart knowledge and educate people and be a model for students;the student-related view which aims to the highest and promote pupil's virtue and correct their defects;the concept of teaching which aims to enlighten and guide students in accordance of their aptitude;the concept of learning of erudition,careful reflection,question,clear discrimination and practice;the strategy of benevolent love of harmonious relations between students and teachers.
