The Challenges And Countermeasures Of High School Students' Patriotism Education In The New Period

Since the beginning of the new century,with the deepening development of China's socialist market economy and the widespread popularity of new media on the Internet,new things continue to appear in people's daily life.The patriotic education environment for senior high school students is also facing many new problems,such as the national consciousness,the weak concept and the crisis of national cultural identity.These problems not only weaken the patriotic beliefs of senior high school students,but also bring great challenges to the patriotic education of high school students.At the same time,they also affect the effect of patriotism education in high school.Based on the questionnaires and interviews to further understand the basic situation in current patriotism education among high school students,including emotion cognition,attitude,behavior and main influencing factors patriotism of high school students patriotic------social education,school education,family education.Though patriotism education among senior high school students has made some achievements and effects presently,in the new period it's also found that patriotism education among senior high school students is facing new challenges,mainly embodied in four aspects: the first is the cultural exchanges and conflicts under the trend of globalization,the national cultural identity crisis is in the group of senior high school students;the second is the further development of the socialist market economy and the increasingly rich material life,keep changing the pattern of social interests,values of some high school students are distorted;the third is the popularity of new network media has changed the traditional elements in patriotism education,besides the information and the regulation about network are not in place,which greatly weakened the national concept of senior high school students;the fourth is the family and school lack rational thinking on the patriotism education of high school students,there is misunderstanding in the education,idea of patriotism education is backward.Facing the challenges of the new era,combined with the status quo of patriotismeducation among high school students,from high school students' the perspective of cognition,adhering to the "socialist core values" as the center,it innovates and expands way of social and cultural life integrating into high school students' daily life in the new period,to form "three elements of society,family and school" organically combined patriotism education system,thus to promote practical effect of patriotic education among senior high school students in the new period.
