Nowadays,under the requirement of new curriculum,with the rapid development of modern educational technologies,a large variety of new teaching models have emerged,among which,flipping classroom has been widely advocated recently."Teacher's teaching knowledge in the class" and "student's innovating knowledge after class" are flipped and students can make self-study according to their own interest after class.The internalization of knowledge is accomplished by the interaction with the teacher,then the teaching concept of "student-centredness" will be achieved to a great extent.Based on the above discussion,with the purpose of developing students'information quality and critical thinking,the author makes an adaption of the flipping classroom model and uses micro-lecture as important teaching resource in the teaching procedure,then constructs a teaching model which is suitable to students' learning.Then the teacher can improve his or her teaching skills and transform the teaching concept as well.In order to value the effect of flipping classroom model on student comprehensive quality,the author makes an empirical study on Senior One students in several classes in Dong Guan NO.7 Senior High School within one semester.There are three instruments adopted,namely literature research,observation and record and test.At first,the authors makes a brief clarification of the background and purpose,and reviews the literature about relevant studies at home and abroad,then points out the creative thinking.Secondly,it introduces the concepts and development of micro-lecture and flipping classroom and makes a comparation between the flipping classroom teaching model in the class and traditional flipping classroom teaching model in order to show the advantages of the present model.Meanwhile makes simple introduction of the relevant theories bases.Thirdly,the author analyzes the feasibility of the present teaching practice with the relevant theories to focus on the teaching concept of "on the basis of students' development".Meanwhile with the special requirement of cultivating students'information quality,the author makes a specific design of the teaching process of information and technology class.What is more,constant adaption is involved in the process in order to realize the most appropriate teaching design for students to learn.Lastly,the author chooses one period and clarifies the objective and concrete teaching process,then makes collection and analysis of the ultimate data,at last,finds the expected test conclusion,which verifies the flipping classroom teaching model in the class is of great value to develop students' comprehensive qualities.In addition,with the lack of experience and both subjective and objective elements on the test in the internship,the author will pay more attention in the future teaching practice and spare no efforts to improve teaching skills and abilities with the expectation of contributing to popularize flipping classroom teaching model in the information and technology class.
