The teacher's learning diagnosis is like a doctor's diagnosis of patient,and is closely related to the quality of teacher's teaching.Traditio nal teaching decisions are usually based on personal experience and simple data analysis.Teachers cannot find potential relationships from massive educational data,and lack the means to excavate the hidden information behind data.As a result,educational data explodes but lacks knowledge.With the continuous development of the application of educational big data,the learning diagnosis system came into being.At present,accelerating the realization of education modernization has been written into the 19 th CPC National Congress report.Taking the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress as a guideline,using education big data to promote education reform and the improvement of education quality is a general trend.This article takes using ‘biyouxue' learning diagnosis system in Shanghai L Middle School as a research case,uses literature analysis method,case study method,quasi-experiment method and interview method to describe the application of learning diagnosis system in Shanghai L Middle School,analyze the effectiveness of its application in teaching quality management,and discover some existing problems.Based on this,it proposes corresponding countermeasures and draws inspiration from the application,so as to better use the learning diagnosis system to help improve the quality of teaching.This has certain guidance and practical significance for the development of C hina's education informatization and accelerating the realization of education modernization.According to the content classification of teaching quality management,this article summarizes and describes the situation of school administrators,teachers,and students using the learning diagnosis system from three aspects: the inspection of teaching quality,the analysis of teaching quality,and the improvement of teaching quality.Experimental studies have verified that the application of learning diagnosis system has a significant effect on the improvement of students' academic performance.At the same time,there are still some problems in the application of the system,such as lack of accurate teaching awareness in the school,the subjective initiative of teachers and students is not high;the quality of the system application has yet to be tapped,the application of quantity is not gua ranteed;the operation of the diagnosis system itself is not smooth,the function has yet to be improved.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the learning diagnosis system in teaching quality management,the author proposes the following four suggestions from the perspectives of users(including school administrators,teachers and students)and the system itself: School administrators optimize strategies to form precise teaching atmosphere;Teachers inspire their own vitality,improve the ir information of teaching literacy;Students actively review,develop personalized learning habits;System function continues to be improved,to achieve human quality.This article believes that the instant feedback function of the learning diagnosis system ca n help teachers teach students in accordance with their aptitude,thereby improving teaching efficiency and improving teaching quality.
