The kindergarten music teaching activity is an important way to carry on the preschool children's music education,and is an important part of the kindergarten teaching activities.Whether it is from the 1996 formally promulgated the "kindergarten work order" to 2001 promulgated the "guidelines for Kindergarten Education(Trial)",to 2010 the State Council issued "on the current preschool education development certain opinions",or until now implemented "3-6 years old children's learning and development guidelines" have special emphasis on "kindergarten the game is based on the activities,teaching activities",so that children grow up in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of the game.The author thinks that in the teaching of music activities in kindergartens,it is of great significance to the present preschool children's music education.Kodaly Zoltan pointed out that a high level of music education for young children needs a high level of teachers,and needs to be cultivated in many fields and cultural appreciation.However,there are very few music teachers in secondary vocational schools in kindergartens in Shanghai.Only one kindergarten has full-time music teachers in 150 kindergartens randomly selected by the author.Therefore,the research on Shanghai city a kindergarten full-time music teacher as a case,using non participant classroom structure observation,literature analysis,interviews,to the kindergarten were detailed in the classroom,and made some excellent examples of video data,a good foundation for further detailed analysis,and principal and some teachers were interviewed in kindergarten.A case study was carried out in this kindergarten for a month,and found that the full-time music teacher in this kindergarten wore the concept of effective teaching throughout the teaching process of music activities.During the internship of a kindergarten,I selected three typical music activities of full-time music teachers,and made an objective,detailed and vivid description,which truly reproduced the whole process of game activities.Through the case analysis,this paper expounds the outstanding characteristics of the music teaching of the fulltime music teacher in a kindergarten.In depth study,some inspirations have been obtained from the music teaching of full-time music teachers in a kindergarten.
