Teaching ability is one of the foundation and the core on training students.in recent years,with the economic and social development,our country to the preservice teachers’ teaching ability demand is higher and higher,the education practice is one of the most main way of cultivating students’ teaching ability.So this article mainly discusses present situation and influence factors of the mathematics student teacher teaching ability.and improve the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for the teaching ability.This paper mainly by questionnaire survey and case study method,utilizes the interview method,classroom observation,literature method,etc.By consulting the related literatures,I designed and constructed a questionnaire about the education internship questionnaires,in the later stages of the education internship,to analyse mathematics teachers’ teaching ability present situation and influencing factors.I investigate 100 students who participated in primary and secondary school education in Shanghai normal university.Combination of questionnaire survey,Ichoose two typical case to analze by interviewing,classroom observations and data analysis.According to the results of the questionnaire and case analysis,some counter measures and Suggestions for the teaching ability to improve: firstly,we should attach importance to education practice.Secondly in terms of practice,the intern,normal universities,put forward specific practice school three aspects.Interns should work well as head teachers and subject teachers,and take education internship seriously.In the field of internship,the internship base is closely coordinated and strongly supported.The normal colleges and universities should adjust the curriculum structure and increase the teaching practice.Develop a scientific internship program and strictly manage it.Thirdly,we can create a collaborative training mechanism by creating teacher education community.Combined with modern education technology,education internship platform is established to improve teaching ability.
