The childhood stage is the embryonic stage of thinking and good-habit formation stage. This stage is particularly important for the development of children, it is important to cultivate children to learn self-management in cultivating children’s ability, which will lay a good foundation in study and life for children in the future. "The kindergarten education guidance program" points out: "to establish a good routine, to avoid unnecessary management, and gradually guide children to learn self-management." From previous research data, the researches on the self-management ability of children are more common in the analysis and description of the teachers’ experience, lacking quantitative analysis on the children’s self-management ability and the experimental intervention study. This paper uses various effective strategies to promote children’s self-management ability, mainly through the literature research,investigation, experimental intervention and other research methods, to improve the situation of the weak children’s self-management ability.In this paper, the research on children’s self management ability is mainly from two aspects: Theory and demonstration. It aims to guide children to improve their management ability, and also provide reference for teachers to guide children to improve it. First, based on bottom,middle and top classes of two city kindergartens, the paper analyzes the present situation of children’s self-control ability. From the survey, it is easy to find that children’s self-management ability is relatively weak,and the development is also not balanced. Then, to carry out intervention study, choose a bottom, middle, top class in a kindergarten. By taking the measures of cultivating the ability of self-management penetration,creating a favorable environment, adjusting post settings and so on, we can improve children’s self-management ability. The results are asfollows:(1) The self-management ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group in the bottom class by taking the measures of conventional nursery rhyme education, regional activities wall background hints in the intervention study.(2) The self-management ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group in the middle class by taking the measures of setting common rules, rating column, notebook,setting class posts in the intervention study.(3) The self-management ability of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group in the top class by taking the measures of setting common rules, rating column, notebook, setting class posts in the intervention study.
