Educational technology has been a fundamental educational ability in accordance tothe Educational Technology Ability Standards for Elementary and Middle SchoolsTeachers (try out) which is issued by Ministry of Education in the December of2004.Subsequently, there is an increasing number of researchers and practitioners payingattention to developing and enhancing educational technology ability. On thisbackground, this dissertation is an investigation and analysis on educationaltechnology ability in elementary and middle school in Liaoyuan Municipality basedon the national standard. This study takes the combination of questionnaire andinterview methods of investigation. It concludes the problems of current educationaltechnology training, and it offers some ways of improving the ability. Meanwhile,there is reference significance for changing this situation and for improving trainingquality of educational technology ability in elementary and middle school in LiaoyuanMunicipality.The dissertation is divided into five parts: Part One includes the introduction, researchbackground, intention, significance, research thoughts, research methods anddomestic and foreign research present situation. Part Two is mainly about the contentof educational technology ability in elementary and middle school. Part Three is ananalysis of the present situation on educational technology ability in elementary andmiddle school in Jilin province. It is an investigation on the present situation andtraining needs. On this basis, it analyses the problems in the development of currenteducational technology training in Liaoyuan Municipality. Part Four provides sevensolution to improve educational technology ability in elementary and middle school inLiaoyuan Municipality. Part five is about teacher training.It puts forward fivesuggestions aiming to foster the new type teacher. The final part is a conclusion of thestudy, to summarize the achievements and shortcomings of the study, and it indicatesthe orientation of further research in future. |
