Alison M.Jaggar is a famous feminist philosopher. Her famous book is Feminist Politics and Human Nature. This book critically summarizes the SECOND-wave feminism and has drawn widespread attention. The concept of "Female Alienation" proposed by Jaggar has theoretical and practical values. This concept has become an important part of Socialist feminist theory.Jaggar starts from Women's Nature and talks about the reasons why women suffer from oppression, using the conception of Women's Alienation to analyze the realistic manifestations of women's oppression. She also points out the realistic ways to achieve women's liberation. It is important that Jaggar analyzes the most prominent manifestation of Women's alienation in the context of globalization today, based on her own theories and methods, feminization of poverty, and proposes basic ideas for solving this problem. This study tries to reveal the basic logic of Jaggar's thought, analyzes the connection between Jaggar's thoughts and Marxism, and makes a critical assessment of Jaggar's ideological contribution in general. The first chapter mainly expounds Jaggar's Women's Nature, analyzes the connotation and significance of Women's Nature, and demonstrates that Jaggar's Women's Nature defines the rationality of feminism. Then it expounds Jaggar's four summarizing expositions on the theory of Women's Nature, and then sums up Jaggar's views on women's essence. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of Jaggar's theory of Women's Alienation, its theoretical content and its roots. The third chapter is a review of Jaggar's practical thinking on four important issues of women's liberation.
