Since the 21 st century,China has been committed to the transition from a "big country of education" to a "powerful nation in education." the education policy has been popularized to all stages of preschool education,compulsory education,higher education,adult education,special education,and so on.It has opened the prologue of educational reform,promoted the change of educational pattern,and triggered the heated discussion in society time and again.As a group of people who study the leading problems of education,educational researchers have in-depth views and opinions on educational policy research.With the increasing popularity of "educational policy value",the relevant literature of educational policy value research has been increasing year by year.More and more research has been done,and the problems in the research have been exposed and thought-provoking.Is it reasonable to study the value of educational policy? Is there a unified research paradigm in the study of educational policy value? Can this research paradigm solve the problem of educational policy value research? With these problems,the author deeply discusses the research paradigm of educational policy value.The value of educational policy research paradigm is the value of educational policy analysts in the analysis of ideas,the value of educational policy analysis method,two kinds of characteristic comprehensive analysis on the content of the show,which is the research paradigm of education policy value,research paradigm in the process of educational policy value generated.The value of educational policy research paradigm should be two parts of various elements of education the value of the policy research paradigm of the theoretical basis and the value of educational policy research,is the guiding theory of the value of educational policy process.The reason why the study of this problem,partly because the rich value of educational policy theory,can make better use of the guidance of education policy practice On the other hand,it is based on the fact that the increasingly superposition problem of educational policy value research in our country has affected the healthy and benign development of educational policy.The research subject is not clear,the research content is not comprehensive,and the research method is not scientific.In order to improve the level of educational policy value research,we must construct a scientific and reasonable educational policy value research paradigm and use it to take care of the reality.New ideas and new methods for solving the problem are put forward.In the course of research,the article follows the research thought of "ought-be-should-should be".The first chapter puts forward the research purpose and content,literature review and research significance,research methods and research ideas.The second chapter is the construction and demonstration of educational policy value research paradigm.In the third chapter,by comparing the social reality of educational policy value research with the paradigm of educational policy value research,the author finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the research level of educational policy value.Through the construction and demonstration of the research paradigm of educational policy value,it is pointed out that there should be a solid theoretical foundation in the course of studying the educational policy value,and the research subject should be diversified and multi-disciplinary background.Combining with the academic community to study the value of educational policy,the content of the research should be combined with the perspective of localization,and the research paradigm should be used to solve the problems existing in the research of educational policy value.It provides support and guidance for the theory and practice of educational policy value research,and provides assistance for the development of education in our country.
