Research purposes: With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,we begin to pay more and more attention to sports.Sports have gradually become an essential part of people's daily life. With the rise of the sports boom, more and more research directions have been derived from competitive sports. The aim of this research is to study mainly through the direction of neurophysiology. This research is not only a subject of sports, but also includes many subjects such as psychology and medicine. We can conduct research and exploration from multiple levels which will be more comprehensive than previous studies. Our main purpose is to understand the over-recovery under exercise fatigue(i.e.the state of exercise to achieve fatigue is restored to a higher level of exercise and to a state of fatigue, and then restored to a higher state of motion). Many experts and scholars study sports fatigue through multi-disciplines and multi-aspects,and then elaborate on the mechanism of exercise fatigue.Through the multi-disciplinary study of sports fatigue in series,we can study the exercise fatigue more rigorous and scientific. At the same time,we can better understand the level of neurocognitive fatigue. In this experiment,we studied P300 and N170 after normal and exercise fatigue. We hope to find out the effect of exercise fatigue on brain cognition and to find out the relationship between them. The main purpose is to let the training of athletes be more scientific and effective and make competitive sports to develop faster and stronger and stronger.Research Methods: 15 male university students from the Basketball Sports Program of Shandong Normal University were selected for the experiment.Prior to the experiment, volunteers will fill out physical activity index through PAPQ&YOU questionnaires. This ensures that the subject is mentally and physically healthy.Because of the need for trials,we have to make sure that the volunteer's body can withstand the exercise load during the experiment. Before the experiment, each subject will need to fill out a “subject informed form” according to our practical situation in order to ensure that the experiment is conducted properly. Its main purpose is to allow volunteers to have a relatively clear understanding of the experiment, some understanding of the trial process and the risks before the start to ensure our experiments can be conducted in an orderly and normal manner.Test procedure: This experiment uses a treadmill fatigue model.Let the student rest for 5 minutes before starting the experiment, and then explain to him in detail the test procedure to reduce his curiosity. After the explanation, the subjects were asked to perform an adaptive exercise. At the beginning of the experiment, the subject's heart rate was set to 90% of his/her maximum heart rate, and the exercise intensity was maintained for 30 to 40 minutes.Make the volunteers fatigue and perform an ERP test after it.During the test, the computer screen will play 160 pictures at one time, including 80 faces of the classmates and 80 non-class faces. The appearance of each face is random, and the playback time of each picture is 1200 milliseconds. In the experiment,if the student searches for a familiar face,he will press the number 1 key on the keyboard;the strange face presses the number 2 key.The single test time is about 6 minutes and 37 seconds. The data of P300 and N170 before and after the fatigue are marked as S1,and the data after fatigue is marked as S2.After the end of the experiment, the two sets of data were tested and compared.RESULTS: Obvious delays in the N170 latency could be observed in participants after exercise fatigue. At the same time,a significant difference of P<0.05 was also observed in the potential points of P300.It shows that there is a delay in the visual search for sports fatigue.
