Objective: The changes of exercise blood pressure of contemporary college students under different intensity of physical activity were observed through a semester of treadmill aerobic exercise and the changes of blood pressure measured during exercise.The change characteristics of blood pressure indexes of college students with different physical activity levels were discussed.Therefore,the arrangement of extracurricular life of college students was studied in this study.The setting of physical activity quantity and the formulation of exercise health prescription have good reference value.sujects and methods: the participants were randomly recruited from Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong normal University by means of substitute class,student introduction and network dissemination.PARQ&YOU questionnaire and International physical activity questionnaire were used.All subjects should agree in writing to participate and be willing to cooperate with the subjects who were considered to be effective recruits,those who had a history of stroke and those who had a history of myocardial infarction.Research data,questionnaires,and missing personal data;those who refuse to sign informed consent will not be included in valid subject data.The number of valid subjects in this experiment was 132 at first,but the final valid data was 65.Experiments were carried out by means of experimental method,literature method,mathematical statistics and so on.Because of the inconvenience of wearing experimental instruments,In the early stage of the experiment,the male and female subjects were divided into groups according to sex.This experiment requires that each participant should not participate in the experiment again within one month after participating in the experiment,and there is no need to repeat the experiment.The experimenter is required to wear a sports suit.Sneakers are male subjects on Monday,Wednesday and Friday,and female subjects on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday.After standing on the exercise test platform and wearing a good exercise blood pressure measuring instrument,the subjects first carried out a quiet blood pressure measurement and immediately turned on the treadmill at the end of the measurement.The speed is first adjusted to 5 km / h,according to the speed you control,you keep moving for 3 minutes,and then the sphygmomanometer automatically pressurizes and measures your blood pressure,and the pressure disappears completely.The experimenter immediately set the running speed to 6 km / h,and continued to run for three minutes...Until the running speed was increased to 9 km / h.At this time,if the subjects were female,the speed of blood pressure could be reduced after the exercise blood pressure was measured at this speed.In the next exercise sphygmomanometer Before the blood pressure was measured,within 3 minutes,the running speed was reduced to a stop,during which the subjects were asked how they felt and the RPE values were recorded.If the subject is male,then continue to run to a speed of 10 km / h,the blood pressure can be measured at this time after the speed of the same speed can be reduced,during the recording of the participant's RPE value.When the platform stopped running,The subjects measured the blood pressure at the end of one exercise at rest,and three minutes after the exercise for three minutes.At the end of the experiment,all the blood pressure measurements in this experiment were carried out in the Sports Human Science Laboratory on the 5th floor of the Changqing Lake Campus Experimental Building of Shandong normal University,in which the exercise blood pressure was measured using a special laboratory blood pressure tester Tango M2 ?,blood pressure cuff ORbit-K ?Electrocardiogram lead line 91-0004-00 was used to measure exercise blood pressure.The level of physical activity is divided into higher levels of physical activity by the division method in the International physical activity questionnaire published by Quning Ning and others,which is proofread by Professor Zhao Jingguo,a tutor,and its application.The changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)and double product were observed and compared between subjects with different levels of physical activity according to different levels of physical activity.The effects of different levels of physical activity on blood pressure characteristics were obtained.Results:1There was no significant difference in quiet blood pressure between subjects with low physical activity level and those with other physical activity levels,but their blood pressure state,especially systolic blood pressure,increased significantly after exercise,corresponding to heart rate.Performance is rather uneven,exercise performance is more difficult,after the test their blood pressure,heart rate and other state of slow recovery.2Subjects with high levels of physical activity had lower quiet blood pressure than expected,but their quiet heart rates were relatively low.3Subjects with moderate physical activity had the most stable state of blood pressure during exercise.This was also an ideal state of change in blood pressure,and the recovery rate after the exercise was relatively fast.Basically,most of the blood pressure could be recovered at the end of the exercise when the exercise was at rest.Participants at this level also indicated that exercise intensity was fully acceptable.Conclusion: The blood pressure of college students in different physical activities is different from that in exercise.The college students with moderate physical activity level can not only have the health benefits of preventing chronic diseases such as hypertension,but also the intensity of activity.For young students,a moderate level of physical activity can effectively control and prevent the incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension in early teens.Compared with other physical activities which are too low or too high,the exercise intensity of medium physical activity level is the best for college students' health benefits,and can play a very good role in the development of youth sports activities and curriculum management.The role of discrimination.
