Objective: In this paper, aerobic exercise and resistance exercise were used to intervene the patients with essential hypertension. After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the changes of blood pressure, body weight, static heart rate, blood lipid, arterial elastic function and other related indexes were recorded. Then analyze the experimental results to discuss the effect of different exercise methods on the blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension, expand the research scope of the contribution of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise to the health of the body,so that more people choose to improve their physical condition through exercise.Research methods:According to the objective of the experiment, patients who came to the outpatient department of hypertension of Henan people's Hospital from June 2019 to mid September 2019 were recruited.A total of 51 patients with the first course of disease was diagnosed as primary grade 1 hypertension and low-risk patients were recruited. They were randomly divided into three groups: group A,group B and group C with 17 cases in each group.Group a was the control group for health publicity and education, group b was aerobic exercise training, and group c was resistance exercise training.Group b and group c participated in training 3 times a week, each time for 1 hour, for a total of 12 weeks.Indicators such as quiet blood pressure and static heart rate were measured before and after the exercise intervention, and data before and after the experiment were collected.A database was established with excel, and the required data were entered.T-test was used for the test, and spss17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Research findings:After 12 weeks of exercise intervention, the resting heart rate, quiet systolic blood pressure, quiet diastolic blood pressure, triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol of group b and group c were all lower than those of group a(P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein cholesterol and arterial elastic function were higher than those in group a(P<0.05).In addition, resting heart rate, quiet systolic blood pressure, quiet diastolic blood pressure, triglycerides, total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol were all decreased in group b and group c compared with those before exercise intervention(P<0.05).High-density lipoprotein(HDL)cholesterol and arterial elastic function were increased(P<0.05).Ethylene-propylene comparison between the two way, after the exercise intervention,b,c group of resting heart rate after exercise, quiet quiet systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol change value is no statistical significance(P > 0.05),group b artery elasticity index and small artery elasticity index lower values are higher than c group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The use of aerobic exercise or resistance exercise as an exercise intervention is very effective in lowering blood pressure in patients at low risk of primary grade 1 hypertension.2.Aerobic exercise is more effective in restoring arterial elasticity than resistance exercise.3.Compared with resistance exercise, aerobic exercise is more effective in restoring and maintaining the effect of lowering blood pressure during exercise intervention, and may be more effective in reducing the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
