Organization-based self-esteem as the psychological advantage of the staff,will affect an individual's cognitive and affective,then will affecting their behaviors in order to bring great improvement in the organizational performance.As a measured working attitude, Organizational commitment,play a certain prediction within the external performance of the staff, thus to the extensive attention of many scholars.Different organizations provide their employees with different organizational experiences, get a strong path dependence,for the competitors,it is too difficult to imitate,so,it is bound to become the main source of competitive advantage.This thesis is based on the above research background,by examining the the relationship between Organization-based self-esteem, employees' organizational commitment and job involvement, trying to confirm that Organization-based self-esteem can create a positive inner psychological development mechanism to the staff. It can also encourage the employees to establish a high organization-based self-esteem, improve organizational commitment and job involvement. And then enhance staff and organizational performance, develop the organization's human capital and psychological capital, and promote personal growth and organizational prosperity.Firstly, on the basis of Organization-based self-esteem, organizational commitment, job involvement of past researches, the writer give a hypotheses about their relations.Second, through a questionnaire to survey some regional manufacturing employees,using SPSS16.0to analysis the data, verify the analysis of the findings.The final findings are as follows:Associated with age,Employees 'organization's self-esteem, organizational commitment, job involvement's levels are significantly higher.College educated employees' organizational commitment and job involvement, showing below the level of other academic staff.Work experience within the organization's self-esteem, organizational commitment and job involvement, performance of the "U" shaped curve.Newly recruited employees within two years get a higher level than the2-5years of work employees.But with increased year by year,Employees' each variable level turns out a growing trend. there is a significant correlation between the organization's self-esteem, organizational commitment and job involvement. There are also significant differences between the various dimensions.Organizational commitment has some intermediary role in the organization-based self-esteem and job involvement.Through this research,hoped to help the enterprises to pay attention to the training of employees based on organizational self-esteem and organizational commitment,then strengthening the organizational identity,and improve performance.
