The enterprise merger and acquisition is one of the most effective and fast ways to developing the enterprise, however, many scholars at home and abroad found that there were very few cases of successful mergers and acquisitions, almost less than half.And with the deepening of the research, they found that the main reason leading to the failure of M&A is the failure of cultural integration. Therefore,for a corporation on mergering and acquisition, it's crucial to compare praties' culture, then to select the appropriate mode of cultural integration, and to develop appropriate operating plans.This paper presents an overview of cultural integration mechanism for corporate merger and acquisition by studying the related theories and have an empirical analysis on the mechanism.Moreover, more and more deeper in the research, the scholars discovered the primary reasons whitch causes the defeat of M&A are the cultural integration's defeat. Therefore, in order to enhance the success ratio of M&A, this article has mostly studied in the cultural integration of M&A, and because there is no certain definition in enterprise culture, in the bases of the analysis to each kind of enterprise culture definition,this article proposed the main factors in the cultural integration, and classified each factors. Afterwards compute each factor quantitatively, in order to determines the fundamentality, the strong or weak as well as the good or bad of the cultural factors in both sides of enterprise of M&A. And according to the factor's strong or weak as well as the good or bad, proposed the basic mode of cultural integration. Using the computed results, chooses the most superior mode, thus enhances the success ratio of M&A.
