M&A is the name, which gathers the enterprise merger and the enterprise acquisition. It is one kind method of enhancing the productivity, promoting two or more enterprises superiority supplementary management, the goal of that is achieving one kind of scale, which suit both sides and realizing to save the cost of both. Since 1978, the western nation already has experienced five big scales enterprise M&A tide. Specially recently several years, the global enterprise M&A activities are the unprecedented growth. In our country, since the reform and open policy, the nation has had various types of enterprise M&A. Reforms along with our country is hastening the deepening, the enterprise M&A activities are on the rise. However, compare with the document quantity, the success ratio of enterprise M&A is very low. The causes that defeat the enterprise M&A are very many, one of most important reason is the enterprise cultural integration. In other words, neglected the difference of bilateral culture, didn't solves the cultural conflict properly, can't effectively carry on the cultural integration, is the important reason of M&A defeat. So, there has the significant practical significance as soon as presses on the enterprise cultural integration to enhance the M&A enterprises' achievements, win the competition superiority, realize enterprise's fast development.The paper first introduced the question propose, and then introduces this article research technique and the content and creativity of the paper.Then in the second chapter, analyzed the enterprise culture production, briefed the enterprise culture connotation and the structure, the function mechanism and the construction psychological mechanism.The third chapter paper elaborated the significant influence, which the cultural integration processes to the M&A enterprise. Introduced the enterprise cultural integration's implication, the characteristic, the integration principle and so on;The significant influence of enterprise cultural integration to the achievement of the M&A enterprise, to other aspects integration of the M&A enterprise, to strengthen the enterprise cohesive force and the persistent development of the enterprise. Then introduced the pattern of enterprise cultural integration, and analyzed the question, which in our country enterprise culturalintegration existed.The fourth chapter is the research on YUNNAN WENSHAN ELECTRIC POWER CO, LTD. The paper is under the introduction case background premise, through the author herself felt, visits and questions curls three ways carries on the diagnosis to the case enterprise's cultural integration present situation, and proposed the insufficiency which existed in the culture integration.The fifth chapter union the enterprise M&A case's experience and the insufficiency in the cultural integration, has carried on the discussion of infiltration mode of culture integration.
