Basic education is an important public goods,the equilibrium of public goods plays an important role in new-type urbanization and it is the inevitable requirement.Due to the scarcity of high quality education resources and nearby enrollment policy of elementary school and junior high school in our country," Craze for Choosing Top Schools " push up the price of a batch of "school district housing".At the same time further raise the threshold of high quality education.In order to alleviate" Craze for Choosing Top Schools",optimizing education resources distribution,realize the education fair,all levels of education department issued many policies and measures of promoting education equality.But due to the current education equalization propulsion is still in the exploratory stage,the relationship and responsibility between schools is very complex,the management level of the good and bad are intermingled,evaluate of education equalization is different.These policy will impact on housing prices?What kind of equalization measures are more welcomed by people?How will the different measures effect on urban housing price space?According to revealed preference theory,this article investigates the effect of basic education equalization from the influence on housing price after implementing balancing education.First of all,it establishes hedonic price model of houses in Nanjing and investigates the general influence of education variables based on this model.Furthermore,it studies the detailed influences inserted by basic education equalization policies on housing price taking into account of the variables,such as whether to participate in education equalization and realization form After this,it can conclude the popularity and assessment of the policies.Investigation shows that Basic education policies have effect on housing price at some extent.However,the effects are different in Administrative regions due to the difference of education distribution and policies application.Further investigation illustrates that various balancing education models have different effects on housing prices.In details,the one with essential content is more popular.Besides,there is obvious imbalance at basic education equalization implement in different areas.The new quality education resources mainly spread at "hot areas".
