Internet retailer is a new strong force suddenly and has a great impact on the status of traditional in the retail industry.With the development of Chinese economy,many domestic cities are moving in the big city or large city.Changes in the competitive environment and the city environment have put forward new issues for retail chain store layout.This paper tries to study the retail chain store layout in the non competitive environment and competitive environment.The main contents are summarized as follows:In the theory part of this paper describes the research background and research significance.Describing the relevant literatures about location classification,basic location problem and genetic algorithm theory research from domestic and foreign in detail.By reading the literature and combined with the actual situation of the domestic retail industry,this paper study the retail chain layout problem from two perspectives of non competition and competition.(1)This paper studies how to set up shop chain layout to maximize the overall profit of the problem in the non competitive environment.The model introduces four decision variables:store attraction,consumer purchasing power,fixed cost and logistics cost.This paper solver the example of model by calls the genetic algorithm in the MATLAB.Through the analysis of the model and example,the paper describes the relationship between four variables and profits,the degree of influence of each factor on the profit making.(2)This paper researches how to store the layout problem of chain retailers in the competitive environment,establishes the maximizing market share model and double objective model.Market share maximization model introduced into the store attraction,takes into account the aggregation effect.This paper proves that the aggregation effect on retail chain store layout.This paper solver the example of model by calls the genetic algorithm in the MATLAB,too.Through the analysis of the model and example,the paper describes the relationship between the changes of competitive rivals and the changes in retail chain store layout strategy.In the dual target competition model,the first target is the largest share of the market,the second target is the minimize cost.Through the analysis of the model,the paper describes the relationship between the weight ratio of two objectives and total profit of retailer.
