| In the rapidly-changing market environment of the moment,business competition evolved into the competition between enterprises of the supply chain.As an important part of the supply chain-inventory management,it not only affects the height,size of the amount of funds used inventory costs,but also affects the business of customer service levels and business competitiveness orders,therefore,how to balance the relationship between the two is placed in front of many business owners and managers of problems.ANPC is a leading manufacturer of coatings areas of the industry,but the company inventory management has restricted the rapid development of enterprises,inventory management needs to be improved.In this paper,ANPC companies for the study,analysis of the company’s inventory management problems is proposed based on the literature and the theory of demand management,supply management,reorganization of functions,process improvement and other appropriate special measures to reduce the complexity of optimizing the supply chain and improve the information flow of the supply chain,so as to gradually solve the problem of the company’s inventory,summarize experience in building similar Manufacturing enterprises for reference.Based on the company’s inventory research ANPC,we draw the following conclusions:(1)Inventory management must require inventory managers with the overall concept of the supply chain.To achieve information sharing throughout the supply chain and eliminate complexity,we must make every inventory manager with overall global outlook.(2)The need to focus on the role of inventory management inventory managers and their stakeholders.Popular speaking is to pay attention to "human" power.The company’s inventory management depends on the level of inventory related to the quality and skills of managers.(3)Inventory management is the need for strong process to help achieve its optimal goal. |
