Environment Of Automobile Manufacturing Supply Chain Inventory Management Optimization

With the great advancement of science and technology and the more popular trends of economic international around the whole world, foreign automobile manufacturing enterprises are approaching the Chinese market one after another, which makes this market more dynamic, changeable and highly competitive.During the supply chain times, optimizing inventory control must be under the supply chain environment. For now, the inventory control of the automobile manufacturing enterprises in China mainly depend on the Independent Demand Model, which concerns little of the inventory control strategies of the whole supply chain. Though sometimes punctuality operating systems are used, they are developed not so deeply. This paper will focus on the optimizing the process to solve the problems occurred in the inventory management in the automobile enterprises.This paper first describes the philosophy, theories, theories and methods of inventory control under supply chain; bases on this, this paper analyzes the status quo of the automobile manufacturing enterprises and points out their problems: the important problem is that the management styles of the stock classification, stock quantity for spare part are not rational and not advanced. So, in order to solve the problem, this paper gives some suggestions; this paper rationally analyzes the situations of automobile manufacturing enterprises and decides to use advanced logistic method to optimize the process. This paper discuss that optimization should be lauded from two aspects: first is ABC Classifying Method to carry on excellent turn, led to go into classification coefficient of k, and pass to take a value to the ABC classification coefficient k dissimilarity in this paper, calculation safe stock, it not only embodied the important degree of material as a result, and then made the stock taken upend a funds was tended to minimum; then, combine ABC Classifying Method and Fussy Appraising Method and introduce them into auto parts inventory classification in order to establish rational inventory classification model and classification management. Further more, this paper take a stock center of ZHONG TAI JIANG NAN automobile manufacturing enterprise as example to demonstrate the applying of the optimizing method.
