Enterprises of manufacturing industry in China are in the low end of the value chain, in the same time, lack of competitiveness on industrial value chain, it is difficult to develop rapidly with the low cost strategy. In the twentieth century 90 s, some sectors of the industry value chain have obvious appreciation abilities, such as R&D, brand, logistics, services and financial. It is the necessity of the coordinated development of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry to take their best to bring the manufacturing enterprises from the low end of value chain into the high. Based on the perspective of industrial value chain, with the manufacturing industry value chain from low-end to high-end value chain as the goal, to promote modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry collaborative development, studying co-evolution law and the way of mode two is particularly important.Based on the literature research, this thesis made a qualitative analysis of the status, the present stage manufacturing industry in the global value chain and the bottleneck of the development to manufacturing power, put forward the modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry collaborative development inevitable trend, stated the collaborative development of the two from the perspective of industry value chain from four aspects; Secondly, analyzed the dynamic factors and restricting factors during the process of co evolution of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry, based on value chain creation mechanism, combined with the life cycle model, discussed the life cycle of two co-evolution,and put forward four cooperative stages, respectively, the initial formation stage, growth stage and double collaborative interaction stage and collaborative innovation stage, from the perspective of ecology, set up ecological niche models to explain the dynamic changes of enterprise niche at each stage; Then, built a co-evolution level evaluation system of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry, saw the modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry as two subsystems from scale level, management level, development level and the level of information to build the order parameter(logistics service ability) of modern logistics industry, manufacturing system order parameter of creative economy index system from three aspects, the scale and level of manufacturing base, development level and management level, used the synergetic degree model to be a method of measuring the two co-evolution of complex system; Finally, took Hubei Province as research object, used SPSS19.0 and MATLAB17.0 software, combined with grey relational analysis indexes, the correlation matrix weighting method to determine the index weight, in order to measure the degree of Hubei Province from 2004 to 2013 of the two subsystems, and the overall level of evolution and the analysis of the results the evolution path and countermeasure, put forward suitable stage support policy. The results of this thesis show that, the synergistic relationship of modern logistics industry and manufacturing industry in Hubei province is weak, either two rapid development can not greatly enhance the overall level of co-evolution, co-evolution in different states, needs different co-evolution paths, government driven mode, demand oriented model and cluster innovation mode, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the government, enterprises and industry associations, other areas according to the actual development of two industries, the appropriate choice of development path and countermeasures.
