Research On The Theory Of Innovation?driving Development Strategy And Its Empirical Analysis

With the development of human society, innovation highlights its key role to human progress increasingly. It is same in today's highly civilization, innovation has been already integrated into all aspects of our society and affected every details of human life. Furthermore, because innovation is the exhaustible power to promote the development of society and economy, so innovation directly determines whether a nation can take a place in the world stage. Think globally, new technologies spring up continually and replace old technologies, intelligent technologies instead of labor-intensive technologies, so a new round of technology and industry revolution is nurtured rising. China is a developing country, the achievement of reform and opening policy has lifted our scientific and technological level, China has gradually became a country which has a powerful influence in science and technology. However, China now faces the significant time of economic transition, if we continue to maintain the factor-driving model,than the resources must be dried up and the environment must be deteriorated, finally, the social and economic development will face the crisis of stagnation. As a result, if our country wants to get rid of the predicament of factor-driving model and make the social and economic development goes permanently, the chief measure is to implement the innovation-driving development strategy.Implementation of innovation-driving development strategy must be based on thorough analysis and understanding the basis of innovation-driving, so tease out the internal mechanism of innovation-driving has contribute to make a comprehensive understanding of the profound meaning of innovation-driving, and help to provide effective policy recommendations of innovation-driving development strategy. Based on this, this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, theoretical research and empirical analysis method to carry out this research work. The paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter elaborates why we must study the innovation-driving development strategy, and the significances to the social-economic development and ecological protection. Then reviews and summaries the research of domestic and foreign scholars. The second chapter incorporates the principles of life sciences theory to analysis the mutations principle, biome principle, ecosystem principle of innovation-driving development. Based on the theory of second chapters, the third chapter analyses the mechanism of innovation-driving development from power, culture, policy protection these three aspects and give a detail analysis on the process of dynamic mechanism and cultural mechanism, then at the foothold of enterprise to put forward three innovation-driving development process based on mutation priciple, biome priciple and ecosystem priciple. The fourth chapter states the model of innovation-driving development in the views of power, subjects, and process. The fifth chapter combines the knowledge of statistic to analyses the innovation-driving ability of 31 provinces and four major economic sectors in China, and carry out the innovation-driving association analysis to point out the innovation-driving capacity constraints, then put forward the suggestions to improve the capability of innovation-driving development. The sixth chapter summarizes the full paper and points out the shortcomings and research prospect.
