Evaluation And Comparative Study Of Innovation Driving Forces In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Under the background of inefficiency,energy shortage and serious environmental pollution,it is urgent to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development,give full play to the role of technological innovation in promoting economic development,create new momentum,and make the economy move towards high-quality development.Since November 2012,in the report on the work of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development and put it in the core position and important strategic support.The strategy of innovation-driven provides a solution to this change in China,that is,focusing on technological breakthroughs in key areas and links,seizing the commanding heights of the new economy and reshaping the driving force of economic development.We will further strengthen our economic development strength and our ability to cope with external shocks.In 2018,the important role of innovation in economic and social development was further clarified in the report on the work of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is an important core area of the northern economy.If we can achieve innovation-driven development,It will play an enormous role in promoting the power transformation of China's economic development.On the basis of explaining the connotation of innovation driving force,this paper constructs two aspects of innovation driving force and innovation driving force,which covers seven elements: innovation environment,innovation input,innovation output enterprise innovation and economic performance,high-tech industry driving force and environmental performance.Based on this evaluation index system,taking Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the research object,the driving forces of regional innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed by using grey relational analysis method.Firstly,the grey correlation method is used to take the best sequence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the reference column,and the comparative analysis is carried out among the regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Secondly,the second grey correlation is carried out by taking the best index of each region of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as a reference column,and the change trend and development basis of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are analyzed.The research finds that there are significant differences in innovation driving forces among regions of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,among which the level of innovation driving forces in Beijing is the highest,and Hebei is the poorer,and the development of innovation driving forces and driving forces in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are different to some extent;the change trend and development basis of Beijing and Tianjin are homogeneous,and the change trend and development basis of Hebei and Beijing and Tianjin are different to some extent.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Hebei Province,and then promotes the innovation driving force of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as a whole.
