And provide reference to other financial leasing companies in China.The thesis through the case study of Y company and combined with the actual situation. Comprehensively put forward the risk prevention strategy and measures of all kinds of risk. First of all, enterprises should enhance responsibility consciousness and deepen the understanding of business' characteristics, in order to enhance the risk identification ability. Then, enterprises need to improve the corresponding internal control system construction and supporting measures.
