The rapid development of information technology has greatly increased the opportunities between firms and customers,customers and customer interaction.Effective management of interaction in the firm will increasingly become a source of sustainable competitive advantage.Along the extension of the scope of services and complexity of services deepening,modern service firms how to enhance their interaction response capacity is becoming more important.As a modern service organization,E-commerce businesses need to respond to the changing needs of customers quickly and effectively and manage the interaction between the business and customer and the customer and customer effectively in order to obtain sustainable competitive advantages and improve business performance in the situation of technology continuously changing and competition gradually increasing and customer demand constantly changing.Therefore,how to cultivate and enhance the interaction response capacity to foster good customer relations and improve business performance will inevitably become an important issue of agricultural E-business firm.Studies have discussed the impact of interaction orientation and firm performance,but there are few studies on the interaction response capacity.And the mechanism between interaction response capacity and firm performance is not clear.In this regard,on the basic of interaction orientation and firm capability theory,the study expand with the theme of'the mechanism between interaction response capacity and firm performance'.Firstly,introducing the research background and significance,summarizing the study on interaction response capacity and firm performance and the relationship between interaction response capacity and firm performance.Secondly,building the index system of interaction response capacity.Interaction response capacity includes five dimensions:interaction response system capacity,interaction response expertise,interaction response knowledge capacity,interaction response speed,interaction response accessibility.Next,selecting agricultural E-business firm performance evaluation.And describing the mechanism of interaction response capacity and firm performance.And also proposing the research hypotheses.Finally,combined with the localization of the survey data obtained,using structural equation model to empirically test the theoretical hypotheses.The empirical results show that:interaction response capacity has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance;interaction response system capacity has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance;interaction response expertise has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance;interaction response knowledge capacity has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance;interaction response speed has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance;interaction response accessibility has positive impact on agricultural E-business firm performance.The study results will help agricultural E-business firm recognize the importance of interaction response capacity,and more important is having the concept of interaction orientation and accumulating the capacity to implement interaction orientation.Moreover,guiding the agricultural E-business firm to put more resources and energy into the critical dimensions of interaction response capacity,thereby promoting resource utilization and improving business performance.
