In the year to 2015,the scales of textile spindles has been increased to one hundred and twenty million,by the development of these years,as the need of production,the mill purchased many Winding machines,Now in the international market,the winding machines is mainly imported from the Germany?Japan and Italy,the three ones are taken up for more than 90%market,the homebred equipment is not steady which are not admitted by customers inland,the winding machines are very important to the yarn mill as the last process yarn production,the mill can guarantee the product quality only by making the winding machines run steadily.after the equipment run for five years or longer,the mill need purchase spare parts to repair and maintain the machines,the market of spare parts have been developed,as an equipment supplier which should be the leader in the spare parts industry,but during to the flexible business way,lower price,quick reaction and loose payment of local parts supplier which has given a company high pressure,so a company should analyze the problem,they should make or adjust the market strategy.This article make use the knowledge of related market,by analyzing the market environment,through analyzing the market environment analysis,and selection and positioning,target market subdivision of market,and then to the market marketing strategy to explore and research.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main contents are:Chapter 1:introduction.Mainly introduces the background and the research on the problem of spare parts industry,point out a company although has the equipment supplier,but in the market segmentation,target market selection still need further analysis,with the original transfer customer needs,expectations and preferences of the localization also need to be corrected,so the marketing strategy is necessary to change or improve,this chapter also introduces the purpose and significance of the study,research method and structure;the second chapter:the analysis of the internal and external environment of a.Through an overview of the status of the a company,the additive industry environment and the competitive environment analysis,find the marketing problem of a company mainly,also is this article main research and discussion;the third chapter:market segmentation,target market selection and positioning.Through setting up and analyzing two segmentation variables industries and regions,determine the target market of a company,and the positioning of the brand and the enterprise;the fourth chapter:I edit and make an market research,distribute and collect them,finally summarize it and analyze the research,The fifth chapter:discuss the main marketing strategy.The strategy of fine management of marketing of products and services,price,channel,promotion,points out the present situation and problems of the marketing strategy and discusses specific methods to change or improve,improve customer satisfaction and loyalty,so that enterprises obtain and sustained profitability of core competition ability.
