Nearly every construction company is striving to find a way different from othersin the world to win more advantages in the increasingly intense competition faced to them ,arisen from the further opening up of the economy in the world.Presently Chinese construction companies are still not competitive to those famous international ones due to the old political and economical systemof the country in design,technology ,management and financing and so on.Based on the analysis on the situations of construction market in the world ,it is pointed out that making a different marketing position is very strategic and significant for Chinese construction company to differentiate from others in the world, and also through the analysis on the advantage of Chinese construction companies and that how China Civil Engineering Construction Company is positioning ,some important factors to influence the position are pointed out in this paper.
