At present,China's manufacturing industry is in a critical period of transition,economic development cannot be separated from manufacturing support.Since the term "new energy vehicles" was put forward in the government report,which has been sustained attention by the government and people.To achieve the transformation and upgrading of China's auto industry,the difficulty lies in the innovation and development of new energy vehicles.The development of new energy vehicles has been ignored for many years,due to poor battery life,short service life and other issues are excluded by the vast number of consumers,affecting the development of new energy vehicles.However,with the increasing depletion of global energy,global warming,air quality and other issues,the emergence of new energy vehicles has gradually attracted people's attention.Faced with the complex international environment and stable tasks of arduous domestic reform,the automotive industry grasp the development trend,and take the initiative to adapt to the new normal economic development.The latest statistics show that until the end of 2015,our country automobile production and sales have reached more than 2500 million.Among them,34 million new energy vehicle production,sales of 33 million are a record high.Based on the above background,this paper will introduce the relevant theories of technology innovation efficiency,and analyze the current situation of new energy vehicles.We will also analyze the influence factors of new energy vehicles in the enterprises.So the enterprises come to understand the related concepts of technology innovation efficiency as well as the key role of technology innovation efficiency in enhancing the performance of enterprises.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first two parts of the research introduces the background,purpose,significance and the relevant theories of the research.The third part is about the current situation and problems of new energy vehicles.The following four and five parts the influence factors of new energy vehicles in the enterprises through multivariate regression models and DEA models,so as to evaluate the technology innovation efficiency of enterprises.The sixth part is to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the research results,and summarizes the research results,gives practical implications and points out the research limitations and future research directions.Research conclusions show that SAIC and Jiangsu Guotai has certain advantages in R&D,production and sales.But for the industry,the overall both levels of technology innovation efficiency and pure technical innovation efficiency level is low,more than half of enterprises efficiency values are less than 0.6,indicating that enterprises should also increase research and development efforts and improve the efficiency in the use of funds and R&D personnel of research and development capabilities.The average value of total factor productivity is 0.982 less than 1,which shows that the total factor productivity of China's new energy automobile enterprises has not reached the optimal level at present.The mean value of technical efficiency is 1.002,which indicates that the new energy automobile enterprise technology is effective.Technology progress is 0.98,which has a slight regression,highlighting the lack of new energy automotive enterprise innovation.The main factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation is the financial and managerial factors of enterprises,and enterprise financial factors and management factors are positively correlated with the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation,including sales net interest rate,total assets turnover,management level per capita remuneration and employee quality.Government supports also have certain effects on the efficiency of technological innovation.
