The Research Of The Technical Route Of The New Energy Vehicles Based On The Energy Situation Of China

In2009, China who surpassed the United States became the biggest country ofautomobile production and consumption in the world. As the technology innovation andbreakthroughs, faced with international financial crisis, high oil prices and increasinglysevere pressures to save energy, lower energy consumption and reduce pollutantsdischarge, the main industrialized countries such as the United States, Japan andEuropean Union have significantly enlarged the new energy automobile industrypolicies to give aid to strength, combined with its own energy situations and technologydevelopment strengths to select the new energy automotive technical route, andformulated the development strategy.At present, China’s new energy automobile industry is still at the initial stage ofdevelopment, and the technical route is not clear, yet there exist a lot of problems. Thispaper focuses on the analysis of the energy states in China, from the total resourcequantities, technology, economic cost, ecological environment, and so on, analysessupply capacities of China’s main energy resources, and predictes energy demand thenext20years in China by the method of the scenario analysis, in order to provideenergy premise requirements for technical route choice of new energy vehicle.And then, analyses the present situation of Chinese new energy automobileindustry, four technology types of new energy automotive which include hybrid vehicle,pure electric vehicle, fuel cell vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle are compared analysisfrom SWOT, energy consumption and carbon emissions, cost effectiveness. Finally,qualitatively and quantitatively analyses four kinds of new energy automotivetechnology used the analytic hierarchy process from the energy situation, technology,facilities and market, cost effectiveness, policy measure five respects.The study shows that the pure electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle are bestsuited for our country, which should be given priority to the development. And followedby hybrid electric vehicle which mainly contains the oil and electricity hybridautomotive, which should be focused on the development. Fuel cell vehicle is the worst,and as a strategic development object.According to the sorting of four kinds of new energy motorcars, establishes newenergy automobile development strategy. Finally, using patent document retrieval, sortsout the hot technology of the new energy automotive combined with established technology development strategy, and then through the questionnaire survey method,establishes the hot technology’s importance and the mode of research and development,draws out the technology roadmap, ascertains the key technology.
