In recent years, drug safety problems have occurred, people are more and more concerned about the safety of drugst. At presente, there is no effectives drug safety supervision mode to the drug safety supervision. The main reason for the drug safety supervision existing problems at the present have of pharmaceutical enterprises in the sampling frequency and strength is insufficient, cases of corruption in the medicine related personnel punishment too light, on drug supply, production, marketing research process supervision is not enoughs, did not introduces outside government agencies and personnel supervision of drugs. To solve this problems, this paper explores the drug safety innovation mode, that is, to improve the drugs legislation, source of drug quality in drug research and development design, on drug supply, production, marketing links were full supervision, strengthen risk management and adverse reaction monitoring efforts, establish drug electronic letter to archives and security credit rewards and punishment system, the introduction of media, people, enterprises and social organizations involved in the co regulation, hope this innovation mode can effectively solve the drug safety supervision.
