Comment On The Social Responsibility Report Of Central Enterprises

With the economy development, corporate has become one of the most important types of organization. As its increasing influence and contribution for economy growth, the social attributes of corporate have caught more attention of the world. Although, controversy on the theory of corporate social responsibility(CSR) never stops,the theory has universally accepted by the world. As state-owned enterprise(SOE) is the backbone of China's economy,central government-led enterprise(CGE)plays the same role to those SOEs. Therefore, participating in CSR has significant meaning. After doing deep research on CGEs' corporate social responsibility reports,this article concludes that social responsibility missing exits among CGEs. Furthermore, the article puts forward a series of measures in the hope of making some contributions to strengthening the implement of CSR.
